GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Reservation and payment: The reservation will be register by reception of this document dated and signed and of the deposit of 30% The balance will be paid, 30 days before your arrival for the rentals, the day before of the departure for the camping pitches and the departure's days for the hotel rooms. The customer agrees to have read our rates.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a booking of rented accommodation must be made in writing (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt). In case of a cancellation, the amount to be kept or due Is an amount equal to 30% of the full cost of your stay in case of a cancellation more than 30 days before your planned date of arrival and the full amount of your stay, in case of a cancellation less than 30 days before your planned date of arrival or if you do not come on this date.An insurance optional cancellation FFCC( French camping and caravanning federation) will be proposed to you in the same time of the booking confirmation.

Insurance : Customers are strongly advised to take out an insurance policy, especially for rentals. The campsite cannot be held responsible for thefts, fires, adverse weather conditions or for any incident coming within the campers' civil liability.

Arrival and departure : The camping sites are available at 2 p.m. and must be free for 12. The rentals are available at 2 p.m. and must be free for 10 a .m. The hotels rooms are available at 2 p.m. and must be free for 11 a .m. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure compared to the dates in the contract, there shall be no refund. Also, if the client arrives more than 24 hours late without informing the campsite owner, the campsite owner will be allowed to rent the accommodation to someone else without any refund. The campsite shall refuse access to families of a number of participants greater than the rented accommodation's capacity (baby and children included)

Caution : For the rentals, a guarantee of 150€ (liability) and 45€ (cleaning) will be required to your arrival. The guarantee of 45€ will be retained in case of renting poorly cleaned.

Animals : Only one dog per family is accepted and you must keep them on a lead, not be left alone in the accommodations and be able to present their updated vaccination record and tattoo. Animals are not accepted in the sanitary and swimming pool areas. Dogs of category 1 or 2 are not accepted on the campsite.

Rules : All clients must comply with the regulations for the campsite available at the reception, especially to make no noise between midnight and 8 a .m. At a breach of these rules, the campsite owner has the right to ask the client to leave the campsite. In that case, there shall be no refund.
